The YuBe Projects website collects the following personal data:

• Message: the content of the communication sent through the contact forms

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

3.1 Demo Access

To access the demo management systems on the site, the user must enter an email address. This email:

• Is not stored: the email provided is not saved in any database or file. It is used solely to count the number of accesses and to send a notification to the Controller.
• Notification to the Controller: on each access, the user's email is used to send an automatic notification to the Controller (info@yubeprojects.it) containing the user's email, the date/time of access and the total access counter. The user's email is not retained by the Controller.
• Is not shared with third parties: no personal data is sold or communicated to external parties.
• Is not used for marketing purposes: the email is not processed to send promotional communications or newsletters.
• Does not involve profiling: no behavioural analysis or user profiling is carried out.

The legal basis for this purpose is the Controller's legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) in counting demo accesses for statistical and service-improvement purposes, as well as in being informed of accesses in order to provide support to interested users.

Note on the CRM

The CRM offered by the Controller is designed to run exclusively on a local network (Intranet) and requires installation at the user's premises. It is not accessible from the Internet and all data remains stored locally on the user's device or server, with no transmission to external systems.

4. Processing Methods

Personal data is processed by means of:

• IT and telematic tools
• Secure management of communications by email
• Technical and organisational security measures adequate to guarantee data protection

The Controller does not adopt automated decisions that profile the user.

5. Communication and Dissemination of Data

Personal data will not be disseminated. It may be communicated to:

• Professionals or companies that assist the Controller in managing the website (e.g. hosting providers)
• Competent authorities, only upon legitimate request
• Email service providers for sending communications

7. Demos and Applications

The website includes sections dedicated to demonstrating applications and management systems developed by the Controller.

Features of the demos

• No data transmission: all data entered by the user while using the demo (e.g. records, communications, documents) is not transmitted to external servers nor accessible via the web.
• Local storage: data is stored exclusively in local files (JSON) on the device or server hosting the demo.
• No commercial processing: data entered in the demos is not used for commercial purposes, is not shared with third parties and is not subject to profiling.
• Demonstration purposes only: the demos serve solely to show the features of the management systems developed by the Controller.

User responsibility

The user who uses the demos is responsible for the data entered and must ensure they have the necessary authorisations to process it. The Controller declines all responsibility for improper use of the demos or for entering third parties' personal data without their consent.

8. Data Transfers

Personal data is processed within the European Union. The Controller guarantees that any transfers outside the EU will take place only to countries that ensure an adequate level of protection under applicable regulations.
